iphone 3gs meets vaio - help!
Not sure if this is a place where I can ask a question related to iphone issues, but it has become a pc issue. Long story shorter....went to mac for a draining battery, was told it needed to be reprogrammed with new software because a bug was making the phone not really be in standby when it was supposed to = draining battery. I had synced the night before, so no problem...At the store the genius bar guy specifically said, when syncoing with computer first time, start as new iphone, don't restore old data -- point being, that restoring old data might restore the problem draining the battery in the first place.

So, went home, did as I was bade, and promptly sacrificed the bulk of my calendar and all of my iphone pix (4 yo's birthday photos, etc...) to computer heaven. I figure this stuff must exist in some form somewhere in my laptop...any ideas how to find it and retrieve it?

Most grateful....
