Centering Windows, cant grab
Im using OSX (not lepard). Macbook pro.

Im also using Adobe After Effects Cs4, and the window is too high for me to grab the bar to move the window. I cant get it back on the screen i only see the edge of it.
I tried apple script to center the window but the one i found didn't work

http://explodedclown.trainedchimpanz...a-applescript/

(im pretty sure i was just doing it wrong. I have no idea how to use scripts.

How can i get the window back without just plugging it into an external monitor?

Thanks

Hello: You say you do not have 10.5 .... what version of OS X do you have?

I believe this script is different from the one you tried previously.

An AppleScript to move all windows to the main display.

To run it do this:

1. Apple > System Preferences > Universal Access > Enable Access for Assistive Devices

2. Exit System Preferences

3. Finder > Applications > AppleScript > Script Editor (open)

4. Copy the above script ( see link) into the editor and run it and it should work.

Let us know if that helps, or not. Good luck!
