My W2000 SP4 computer uses Outlook 8.02, which came with the Office 97.

When leaving a message at a website (such as .edu), Outlook is actuated.

After the message is sent, a box appears which tells me to "wait while Outlook exits".

The message box and Outlook never exit. It just stays there in the middle of the screen, or behind the current page.

I then open Outlook and there is an "undelivered" message in the Inbox. However, I wil get a reply, so the message was send and received.

I don't fully understand how Outlook is suppose to be used, so it may be a configuration thing.

Problem Solved: Went back to the XP Home OS that came with the laptop and set up the OutLook Express that came with it (much more current than the 97 version). Works fine now.
