The steps I gave you were for Corporate/Workgroup...

Take a look at these articles to see what is different for your mode.

OL2000: (IMO) How to Create a New Personal Folder (.pst) File for an IMO E-mail Account
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q195/7/23.ASP

OL2000: (IMO) How to Create a New E-mail Account with Internet Only Support
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q195/7/87.ASP

OL2000: (IMO) How to Set Up Internet Mail Accounts
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q195/5/78.ASP

I'll check back later to see if you have made any progress.
Where in the World are you anyway? I am in USA

Try this:
Close out of Outlook
Do a file | find for outcmd.dat and rename to outcomd.old (rename all)
now try to open outlook without safe switch - if it opens then there was a problem with menus\toolbars - if it does not open after renaming these files try this:
Close outlook
Do a file | find for extend.dat and rename to old extension. Now try to open outlook without safe switch. If it can open then the problem was with outlook extension installed.

If the above doesn't work try opening with this switch:
/CleanViews

if it opens with the above then there is a corrupted view in a mailbox folder.

First, I would like to thank the academy.........

Finally, it works!

EAFiedler :
I created new profile and .pst. But that didn't work. Now, after I recuperate, I will work on getting rid of the unnecessary user on my pc. I don't like to waste space.
Thanks so much for your time and effort. Really. I wish the sys guys at work helped the way you guys do.
BTW, I'm originally from MI now living in Israel. I hope you won't hold it against me. We're not as bad as CNN portrays us.

shekerra :
Your outcmd.dat did the trick. I imported my contacts and other archives and everything is back online. Thanks.

Again, Thanks to all. Peace
