Solved: Access Sum
Hi All,

My brain has gone blank and i cant think how 2 do this.

I have a list of months each with a value in and i need to sum all these but i cant remember for the life of me how to do it.

In a Query or on a Report?
Query use Totals and Group and Sum.
In a Report you can use "Running Sum" or an equation in an unbound field.

I have looked at your database and it would be much easier if you had a seperate table for the Values.
