Solved: Turbo Tax 2008 / Windows 2000
I was told that beginning with TT 2008, it will not be possible to install on a Windows 2000 machine. Can anybody verify or refute this?

According to this page
http://turbotax.intuit.com/support/k...ents/6389.html
you can use Windows 2000 if it has Service Pack 4

Thanks.
I'd like to get a new computer anyhow, but at least this gives me breathing room.

Marked Sloved.
Thanks.

Yes, I could still get XP, but I really need to buy VIsta now as I don't know how long XP will be supported or wish to pay extra for the privilege of getting an obsolete OS.
