cdrom autoplay problem

hi,,what would cause this?..it always autoplayed my daughters games up until about a week ago..i have checked the properties in "system".and made sure "autoplay" is checked..any other ideas?..its hard to teach a 5 yr old to go into program files to run her games!

You may want to try uninstalling the games, and re-installing them.

You can also go to the link below and download M$ Tweakui.exe for your OS and afyter installing, go to the "Paranoia" tab and place a checkmark on "Play Data CD Automatically" ...
