have HP 8570 C PENT 3 PC TRYING TO INSALL INTEL PC CAMERA PACK/VIDEO PHONE PCODE 1P)ICP3 PUTER FREESES AT THE POINT OF SELCTING NET CONNECT STATES MUTE ON PREVIOUSLY DIRECTED TO SITE FOR FREESE UP AT POINT OF ENTERING USER INFO THAT PATCH DID NOT HELP NEED PATCH FOR FREESE AT POINT OF CHOOSING NET CONNECT PLEASE HELP THANK YOU.

problem solved by going to http:www.hp.com and then to drivers and downloading riptidenorth amercian driver update version 1.0 titled rip 2141 after downloading save to file and mark to remember then run program to install just follow directions
