I have a user that is trying to print to an HP6 from a DOS name-tag program. The program has been used before and without a problem, with the same printer. We cannot find what has changed but apparently something has. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and it printed one name-tag for me. But when she told it to print the whole list of name-tags, it didn't print. It appears that it is processing the print job but does not go to her printer. Got any suggestions? Thanks as always!

I solved the problem - the "Spool MS-DOS Print Jobs" was not enabled. I enabled that and the job printed beautifully! Thank you for being here!
