Yellow mark on: PLug and Play software enumelator and "Unkown Device"
They are both under system

going to try something
click on update driver choose option

select from a list
dont search i will choose from a list option and see whether its listed
tick show compatible hardware and install if its there

These files should be copied into your C/windows system32 folder

Have you got winzip or winrar

Have you still got the yellow mark beside
PLug and Play software enumelator if so try update drivers
