I'm looking for a logger type program which would be able to log when I connect, when I disconnect, and total time connected.

Here in Chile, the telephone companies charge by-the-minute for even local phone calls. It is very annoying!! And now it appears that the company is trying to screw us by changing the telephone bill.

So if you know of any logging programs, please let post their titles here. I'd appreciate freeware.. oh and I need one for PC and one for Mac.

Thanks

Jake

Here are plenty of Windows based connect time loggers. Click on Browse on the left side under Freeware, then click on "Dialup Tools".
