When I open up a folder I can not see anything with the "Details", the "Large Icons", "Small Icons" and the "List" all show what is in the folder but when I try to view with the "Details" nothing comes up. It used to work (two months ago). Help Me...

If this is occuring in Windows Explorer, try this first: click the right pane then press the ctrl key while tapping the numeric pad's + key

This is occuring all the time. Its not an explorer problem. It a glitch in Windows 98.

I would still try the remedies in Windows Explorer. If you can get to display properly there, then you can go to folder options and make all folders "like current one"
Also try dragging the vertical bar separators to the right, as suggested in this link:
