TechGuy ... Smokyken ... and all ...

Is it possible to print all the E Mails at once? It will be a PITA to have to individually select and print 100 E's.

I know, should have as they came.

Thanks, Steve-x8086

P.S. TechGuy, I like the E notification system that we can use now. Thanks

I believe you can simply click on the first email, then hold down the SHIFT button and click on the last email. Then right-click on them and hit Print.

P.S. The Email notification has been there for a long time. It just wasn't selected by default.

TechGuy, I tried that. The letters are blocked in blue as if it would work and I select the print function from a right click. When I right click a single letter gets a dotted box around it and that is the only letter that prints. All of the letters still remain blocked though.

I am using IE 4.01 w/OE that was downloaded from MS to replace an older version. The about page lists it as version 4.72. with SP2 and 3283 updates.

Larry, I'll bet you can guess how I found it. I think that it is a good idea to load as a default. Some of us just can't see anything.

Thanks, Steve-x8086

LOL - yeah, we had wanted it as the default for a while, but UBB didn't seem to like the idea. Mike finally had to do a hack into the system to make it work.

Mike's suggestion works fine in Outlook 2000...

Well I've found the MS answer. NO. Outlook Express does not support saving or printing multiple E-mails at once.

Windows Messaging and Microsoft Outlook 97 do support it though. Lot of good that does.

Thanks for helping though. Steve-x8086

Thanks for letting us know the answer. I think this one belongs in the archives... someone else may well ask, and I doubt I'll remember the answer.
