hey any help with this problem?
attempting to start up and have to log onto the network, but my computer boots to the desktop without asking for the user name and password. at this point unable to access network, but i can then go to shut down all programs and log on as a different user and then it logs me onto the network.
and yes i have a check mark in the log onto windows nt domain in the network properties.
thanks for any help

Use regedit.
Search for the string "autologon" or "autologin"
and change the setting from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.
Sorry I cant remember exactly.

I see this problem all the time, and just search for "autolo"
Regards.
