Create a Legend for Colored Usernames
I saw in another thread that some people suggested creating a legend for the colored usernames.

For sample, Red = Admin, Gold = Gold Shield (Malware), Blue = Training for Malware, etc.

I don't think this is something that needs to be voted on. It's something that needs to be done. You can't have colours without explaining them.

I noticed cwwozniak, Trusted Advisor has a green user name, is that the same for others or his choice? I ask because it can be mistaken for thinking he's online due to the colour

Yes, the Truster Advisors are green and that was explained in the other thread discussion Dotty. That's only a problem with the Khaki skin. The Classic Blue goes blue (not green) so it's a problem with the Malware Removal Trainees who are also blue and the Gray Knight goes gray so no problem there.

There is an explanation under each username!

I'm using the Classic Blue skin and it's definitely a green colour akin to the online symbol, neither is it bolded so it doesn't stand out as expected

Dotty, only the moderators and Admin are bolded.

Alot of colors to work with..IMO it will be difficult to implement in many colors..and all show good contrast for all of them
Perhaps mods and admin could be one color but bold the admin
And all other special areas members could be single color
They would stand out from the crowd and cause people to read their title.
I would suggest very dark colors..regardless of the choices made

We've pretty much already decided the colors and styles, though it's possible we may still tweak something...one of the reasons we haven't done a legend yet. If there the Admin ever decides on any changes after that, the legend will reflect those.

Edit:
Cross posted before edit above..making quote inaccurate
I hope they are dark..some are rather hard to see at the moment

I've always loved the idea of using colour codes... Just make sure they are readable easily.

Bolded is reserved for the Double 0 agents. Those mods and admins with that license to blast apart accounts have to stand out... retreats with much bowing.
