I just clicked into Karen's test thread and now the yellow is gone. Weird.

Glad you've got it figured out! My next suggestion was going to be to use the Forum Tools -> Mark This Forum Read. (Just for reference in case anyone else has a problem.)

Seems to be working properly in FF 12.0 for me... I'm upgrading to the latest version now.

I did that earlier and had no effect. It's funny that I was the last to visit Karen's thread yet it remained yellow.

Who knows? Maybe it was a PEBKAC issue?
