I am trying to develop a spreadsheet for my team and it relates to Overall KPI and their Personal Score

Overall KPI = STORE
Personal Score = INDIVIDUAL

The company has provided me with a matrix
And I want to make it easier for my team to understand how important is for everyone to be on the same boat

I have uploaded the Excel file

All I require is:
If the Store is on a certain % (CELL D22)
And the Individual is on a certain % (CELL C25:C29)
What would be the exact % of Bonus they will be getting (Cell D:2529)
