Help needed in trying to create a Macro? to cut, and concatenate rows in Excel

bomb #21, did you see the new Test Data.xlsx I previously attached, and why it wasn't working with the summarizer macro you gave me? I've tried it a few times, but it keeps giving me a column full of formula values as data (instead of the actual years as the data).

Please let me know either way, as I'm trying to get this sorted out asap. Thanks.

Not until now. The answer is the original column B is text format -- not something that could be discerned from screenshots in the first instance.
