I've happily used Outlook 2010 for a couple of years now and never before received an email that was gibberish -- Wingding font, I think. The sender uses a Mac and uses Mac Mail. IThe email was a reply to an email I sent, where I had sent her a list of questions and she replied by inserted an answer after each question. Those replies were complete gibberish on my laptop -- HOWEVER, on my iPhone email, the replies were perfectly clear!

I tried forwarding the message back from my phone -- again, perfect on my iphone, but gibberish in my outlook on the laptop. Since I can only print off my laptop, this is a problem.

I asked the client about it and she defensively said she's never ever had a problem before -- so I think I'd better solve it fast! I'm running Windows 7 on my laptop.

You might check what font was used for the replies.
It may be that the font is not installed on your computer.
