just bought a new computer and transferred all my files and folders to new computer. driving me crazy because every time I do anything with the file or try to save it in a folder it keeps saying that I have to have administrator permission.

I have 2 user accounts set up on the computer to keep my business stuff separate from my personal stuff. I had this on my last computer and did not have these issues?

Don't know how to change my administrator settings to stop these messages without compromising the security of the computer.

Also when i was on the internet I have done something that has zoomed out the font size so I can read it? How do I zoom back out again while on that page?

You should a least give basic information, you cannot just say 'it doesn't work'.
What OS?
Just give both user's administration rights, it's your PC, won't mess up anything.

Internet explorer zoom, well theres a button on the menu bar and you can use the Ctrl + mouse wheel up / down to zoom in and out.
It 'remembers' the last chose zoom value.
