Hello,
Many thanks for the effort. But it still sends out multiple emails for different equipments. The ones coming due or overdue - separate emails going out for each of them. Example - The mail body reads:
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):
-Equipment E Job eeeee expiration date : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee OVERDUE : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
Sent at 04/09/2012 10:01:40 AM
And the ones not due, going blank, i.e: the mail body text reads: "
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):
Sent at 04/09/2012 10:01:39 AM"
What I wanted was a single mail with following in the mail body (Example):
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):
-Equipment A Job aaaaa expiration date : 19/08/2012 -16 days.
-Equipment A Job aaaaa OVERDUE : 19/08/2012 -16 days.
-Equipment B Job bbbbb expiration date : 29/08/2012 -6 days.
-Equipment B Job bbbbb OVERDUE : 29/08/2012 -6 days.
-Equipment C Job cccccc expiration date : 11/09/2012 7 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee expiration date : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee OVERDUE : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
A message reminding you was sent on 21/08/2012
