Question Need Help reg "Automatic email from excel based on date "
Hi ! This refers to the subject of "Automatic email from excel based on date", and relevant thread http://forums.techguy.org/business-a...cel-based.html

This was fantastic. Only one issue remaining.
This is generating multiple emails and even the items not due are generating blank mails.
I would like to generate only one mail with different items different expiration dates.
After that group the identical addressees and compose one message with all the relevant data.
Awaiting kind help.

Question What exactly I need
Many thnaks for your thread, I wanted something like that only, but that seems to be customized for Lotus Notes.
Please find attached the excel I was working on & designed for working with Groupwise mail. Only problem is, it generates multiple emails for each item (even blank mails for the items not due/coming due).
I want to make it in one consized mail with only the overdue/coming due data.
How do I achieve same?

Code includes collection datatype, as I assume you have excel 2007 or later.

Hello,

Many thanks for the effort. But it still sends out multiple emails for different equipments. The ones coming due or overdue - separate emails going out for each of them. Example - The mail body reads:
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):
-Equipment E Job eeeee expiration date : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee OVERDUE : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
Sent at 04/09/2012 10:01:40 AM

And the ones not due, going blank, i.e: the mail body text reads: "
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):
Sent at 04/09/2012 10:01:39 AM"

What I wanted was a single mail with following in the mail body (Example):
Please take notice of the following expiration date(s):

-Equipment A Job aaaaa expiration date : 19/08/2012 -16 days.
-Equipment A Job aaaaa OVERDUE : 19/08/2012 -16 days.
-Equipment B Job bbbbb expiration date : 29/08/2012 -6 days.
-Equipment B Job bbbbb OVERDUE : 29/08/2012 -6 days.
-Equipment C Job cccccc expiration date : 11/09/2012 7 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee expiration date : 16/06/2012 -80 days.
-Equipment E Job eeeee OVERDUE : 16/06/2012 -80 days.

A message reminding you was sent on 21/08/2012
