netop school install probelms
Hey everyone. I'm installing a program called NetOp School on 15 machines. This program is for giving presentations to a number of people on computers. It is very finicky software on the install. I started yesterday, installing it on all 15 machines. 3 of them worked. So I did some research, and found an update on the NetOp site (www.netop.com) I updated all 15 machines, 14 of them work now. But this one is giving me problems. I can install the software, but once it's installed, it cannot connect to the instructor machine or even connect to anything! Also, when I go to uninstall the program, there are 2 icons in add/remove window. One is larger than the other, but only by about 5 megs. Once you remove one of the icons, the other gets locked down, it's still there, it's just unable to uninstall it. When I try to uninstall the second icon, it says it can't find the installation file and the uninstall with be cancelled. I've tried everything I can think of to get this to work, and I'm out of ideas. I got the other 14 to work, why won't this one? All replies are welcome and appreciated

I went into regedit and deleted some of the NetOp keys (there were some I couldn't delete because they were predefined, if there is anyway to delete those, please share and now the uninstall message has changed to "unable to locate/process internal binary resource" what does this mean?
