Solved: Desperate--Can no longer edit some of my Access tables
Something very strange is going on. I have a database for managing seating in our community-theater, totally home-grown with the help of OBP.

As I learn more, I'm making improvements, so it's always under construction. Had to pause from improvements to actually use the thing to input an order for next season. The form won't let me input my data. This is one form I haven't changed in some weeks, and have used successfully just last week. Tried to do the same with previous versions just in case. Same problem. Went back to my current used-to-be good copy and thought I'd just input the data directly into the tables, rather than through the form but no luck there either.

Interestingly, I was able to use another form to change some data so it doesn't seem to be the whole database. What's also strange, is old copies, that I haven't used in weeks (but hung on to just in case, are exhibiting the same problem, although I haven't modified anything on them in quite some time.

Anybody have any suggestions. At least I have the summer to get this sorted out, but the sooner the better.

Thanks.

There's probably an error or warning message; what's it say?

Oh Dear.
Can you email me a copy to try, to see if it something to do with your version of Access?

OK--I am really, REALLY, stupid. It just didn't make sense, stuff from months ago wasn't working, but again not all of it. Finally, pulled out the keyboard all the way, and looked at it. I input the numbers (and that's what wouldn't work) through the calculator-type keypad and someone had turned off num lock! I feel like a complete idiot, but thanks for answering so quickly.

But one other question--how do I mark this as solved? I know I've done it before, but I can't remember, and can't find it on the reply screen.
