Question Text in resume is BLUE & PURPLE and won't change.
Somehow, my resume got formatted with Track Changes, and all my corrections/revisions were visible in the text. After right clicking all of those correction/deletions which were off to the right, I outlined entire document, went to format, and tried to format all the text in black since it is all different colors due to the corrections. Text in resume is BLUE & PURPLE and won't change in "format/color". How do I do this?

Yes, MS word. I got it fixed. It was a matter of right clicking on blue and purple text and "accepting changes." For every line. Aaaaaargh. Thanks for the link.

You can accept all the changes at once using the Accept All Changes command from the Reviewing toolbar.... For next time =D
