Solved: Outlook rcpt host error
I keep getting this error in Outlook 2003 when replying to messages and when sending messages to people I have e-mailed for years, and I haven't changed any settings. My outoing pop settings are normal. I run AVG and it is not blocking anything either.

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

This is usually an error in the outgoing server need smtp authentication. What it turned out to be is an update in my AVG causing to strict of a settings in my outgoing mail.
