Are they a form of CSV format that you can change the extension to CSV and import?

Maximizer can export all data to Excel. You can then use something like itImport to bring it all into ACT!, including the sub-tables - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main.php?prodid=57&s=1

I was just looking this up, and apparently only the Enterprise version of Max can export to Excel. I think the other versions have to be exported to CSV txt files.... but itImport will handle CSV, TXT or XLS to import to ACT!

I just had to help a user do this from the SQL version of Maximizer 10

We logged in with the Maximizer Master account and used itImport to pull the data directly from the MAX SQL database to ACT! without having to export it.

I realise the users of this thread would have moved on, but as it came up in my searches to find the best way, I thought I'd have it added for anyone else looking.
