Moving Items in Outlook Public Folders
Hello,

My company has a section on Outlook (2002 SP3), for Public Folders. In there are several folders that correspond to meeting rooms. All colleagues can place 'events' on those folders to reserve rooms.

We are in the process of switching over the methodology, to one where there are fewer folders, but all colleagues enter all meetings on one, easier-to-read "meetings" calendar (as compared to the myriad calendars that were created in the past couple of years).

We would like to move all the existing events onto the new calendar page. However, when we do that, the 'permissions' for the event revert to the one person moving the events.

Is there any way to give one person permission to move ALL the events, while keeping the overall permission for each event with the person that originally scheduled the event?

(Also - bonus question: Is there any way to JUST see the calendar items that _I_ created? If we cannot globally move the events, we may need people to move their own -- it'd be easier if they could quickly identify all the events they created).

Thanks for any help!

Chris
