Store exchange mail on local drive
Hi all,

Is there an easy way to transfer mail from someones exchange mail box to be stored locally on their own hard drive?

Can MSexchange be set up to do this automaticlly so someone can browse thier stored mail while off line.

Also is there an easy way to decipher exaclty how many emails are stored by each person in their exchange mail box?

Thanks in advance

Its been a while since Ive worked with exchange stuff and outlook.. but maybe this will help

1. You need to create personal folders..these are then stored on your HD. You will need to copy or drag the mail over to the personal folder

2. You can setup sometime of rule in outlook, so that whatever mail comes in the inbox to make a copy to one of the personal folders

3. Im not sure exactly if there is a way to see the number of emails

maybe someone has another idea to help u
