Unable to save new Appointment in Outlook 2007 Calendar
Hey Guys,

Im not able to save any new appointments in my outlook 2007 calendar. I keep getting the error " Out of Memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again".

I tried it right now and i dont have any other application open except my browser(firefox).

My Laptop is a Core duo 1.66 with 1 gig RAM.

Please let me know if there is anyway to sort this problem out.

Thanks in advance

yatheesh

With Outlook closed try doing a search for the scanpst.exe file if they still use it within Outlook 2007. After running this you will want to browse to your pst file and see if that can fix it.

I have the same problem with 2003. Did you get the problem fixed? How? I could not find scanpst.exe.

Thanks!

Are you adding items to your calendar or someone elses?

I would go with the reinstall and then choose to fix install.

Thanks!
Microsoft sent 8 downloads and I'm assuming one of them fixed my problem because it immediately worked.

I tried the "Detect and Repair" option in Outlook but that did not work.
