Excel missing text
This is such an odd problem I hope someone can help!

I have a user, using windows xp, who when they are viewing an excel (office 2003) spreadsheet is missing two headers from this spreadsheet. The headers are located within cells b2 and c2. When you click in the individual cells, it appears as if there is nothing entered for those cells, however there has been texted entered previously. When you view this same spreadsheet on another userís pc you can see the information within those cells. This only happens to one user, even when another user logs into his pc they are able to see the info within the cells.

I have checked all settings and help that I can find and nothing seems to be working, does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried to resize the column? Is there a formula in this cell or is it just a plain text column name? Has the text been rotated? Have you tried copying the data to another sheet to see if he is still experiencing the same issue?

Can you isolate these cells in a sample spreadsheet, or perhaps trim the other data, and post it here for us to look at?

I will attempt to get a screen shot of what is happening. One of the problems is, when the spreadsheet is accessed by anyone other than this user, it opens correctly. This user does not have access to the internet so I am unable to post directly from his pc.

We have adjusted the cell size, viewed the properties of the text and all seems "normal" not rotated, no formula's. When you click on the actual cell, the text will appear in the formula line but is still not displayed within the spreadsheet. Thanks for your help I will work on getting an example!

A screen shot will most likely not help. It may be an isolate driver issue. You could try another driver and/or card. If it is not the file, no need to post a file, just so that you're sure it is actually the file.
