Lotus Notes 6.5 - Modify planned meeting
Hi all,

This is my first visit and post on this forum... so Hello Everybody !! I'm from Belgium, I like to help when I can and I have also many questions all the time

So here's the first one I have...

We're using Lotus Notes 6.5 at my work and I encounter a problem every time I modify an already planned meeting.

Example :
- Meeting planned on next monday, from 15h30 to 16h30 ; some people were invited and they already accepted the meeting.
- Now I have to modify the meeting so it's going to be from 15h30 to 17h

>>When I save my meeting after I modified it, all my attendees disappear, so I have to resend the invitation to all the users who already accepted.

As I modified the meeting, I checked the option to notify all the attendees about the modification, so I expect from Lotus Notes to send that notify, not to remove them all from the attendees list.

Why is that ? Is there a solution ?

Thanks in advance,
Troma

Are you using the Tools Reschedule button to change the time of the meeting? It should notify all the invitees, even those who have already accepted
