How to automate profile creation for outlook

Hi,

Im trying to find a way to automate profile creation for outlook 2000\2002\2003. Is there a way to do this with something along the lines of a batch file? Id ultimately like to have a script I can run with the new users email adress that configures a clients email, with LDAP etc, where I could run something like: newuser joebloggs@email.com. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
