MS Outlook 2003 missing "Name header" printout
Hi guys, I got this problem recently with my Outlook 2003. Previously i am using a IMAP account for my 2003 but recently i had add another MS Exchange Server account into the same profile and this where the problem start. I need to do this because I will need the IMAP users to have access to the Global Address List.

Before whenever i print the my email, it will always show my name on top of the printout, but after adding the MS Exchange Server account, it just disappeared. Tried alots of ways but it just would not work. Can someone help me on this?

Someone on other forum mention that the outlook will go bonker if i tried add a exchange acc into a IMAP profile ..
