The message became double spacing after signature was added in outlook? Help
hello ALL:

got a very strange problem in my colleague's outlook 2003 and would like to hear any suggestions from you guys!

not sure why but the new message body has changed to double spacing after he inserted his signature file in the outlook?

i checked the signature file and it was in single spacing... the email message body before inserting the signature was in signal space also...

Can anyone know how to fix it back to single spacing permanently? (need to include the signature)

cheers

I suspect it's not double-space formatting, but space between paragraphs that's formatted.

Signatures are generally HTML format, so your message picks that up. Tell your colleage to use Shift+Enter instead of Enter when he wants a new paragraph in the email message.
