rules and alerts interface in outlook 2003 doesn't open due to offline working
Hello,

A customer is getting the following message when going to tools "rules and alerts"
"U werkt momenteel off line. Als u deze opdracht wilt gebruiken, moet u verbinding maken met de Microsoft Exchange-server"
freely translated: "You are currently working offline. If you want to use this command, you have to connect to the Microsoft Exchange-server"
The customer doesn't have exchange server, he just wants to filter out spam mails that are indicated with a prefix "[SPAM]".

Anybody knows how to put the rule?

Thanks!

Bart

Rules and Alerts are not strictly server based, since I use them at home with my pop account. How was his account established? Is it a POP account?
