Chris, you didn't say what method you are using to "Filter" the Records, The VBA code in the Word Doc is not the same as that your previous Post.

Hi Tony.
In all cases, I need to see details relating to only to the currently selected patient on the Patient Details form (so me.hospital no).

The VB code has been added to by adding the open args me.hospital no to the previous text.

But do you then use VBA to set the Form's Filter to the OpenArgs that you passed to it?

Hi Tony
You select the patient first, using the Patient Details (PD) form (which starts at record 1). The PD form (as well as many others) has an enlarged Find button to help you find the patient that you want pretty quickly. Once you've found the patient, the main buttons on that PD form are about that patient: Blood test history, New Blood Test, Appointments, Counselling, Patient Report. (there are also two non-related buttons: New PD Form and Close Down). The main (patient-led) buttons refer to what are often multiple occasions to one patient: say 3 blood tests, 5 appointments, 2 counselling sessions. These are then summarised in the Patient report. So all the main buttons are "Me.Hospital_No_" buttons, which is done in VB related to the button. The addition of the open args was made following your '3 way' advice. As you'll see from the screen dump, it has somewhat varying effects.

Cheers. Chris B
