Once the original Personal Folders (.pst file) is empty (except for the Outbox folder) you can remove that .pst file from Outlook 2003.
Right click on the Root/Top folder of the .pst file you want to remove and select:
Close "Personal Folders"
If you want to change the name of the Personal Folder from
Test to something else, you can do that.
Or you can create another Personal Folders (.pst file) with your name preference, make that the new Default delivery location and keep the Test folders as storage.
Send and Receive are working ok, now?
