Outlook 2003 / external hard drive / follow up flags
Hello,

I recently backed up my entire computer to an external hard drive. I then imported all of my files back into outlook. I have 2 subfolders under Contacts: Clients and Candidates. Under clients I previously set follow up flags and then sort by date. Currently when I make a follow up flag (and previously made follow up flags) the date is not showing up in the "due by" column, thus I cannot sort my follow up flags by "due by." I am uncertain if the date is not being filled in because of something I need to do or if it is because I didn't properly get everything into outlook off of my hard drive. Please help.

Thank you,

Dave

Hi Djacks

Were you able to resolve this issue?

The Import process itself may have caused what you are seeing.

Do you still have the original .pst files that you imported from? If so, you can open them in Outlook 2003, without the hassle of importing.

In Outlook 2003:
File > Open > Outlook Data File
Browse to the location of the .pst file and select it.
The Personal Folders (.pst file) will open in Outlook.
