Is there a way to restrict users from fowarding or replying to e-mails that go to a public folder share? I can set permissions to restrict them from deleting the e-mails but not from replying or forwarding these e-mails. We are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007. We are going to be receiving sensitive information to this folder and just need to assure that individuals with the proper permissions can save and print the attachments.

Set up a security group in Active Directory with the necessary access and add users to the group.

I can set up the security on the public folder so that specific users can view the folder and delete things but no matter what I set, they still have the ability to reply or forward the e-mails. I could not see anything in Group Policy to prevent this either. I just need to have it set up for one specific folder. Any other suggestions? I really appreciate it
