Sorry, about this, I am frustrated for you.

I have an off topic question for you, what time is it, for you?
It is about 12:35 am for me in the US.

Forgive me, at the moment, I am not up to reading through this entire thread again. If you could answer some questions that I may have already asked.

Did you install an anti-virus program after you installed Outlook 2007?
What anti-virus program are you using?

When you removed the other profile, did you set Outlook to "Always use this profile", for the remaining profile, when Outlook is started?

It is 5.35pm on Sunday night as I am answering this email. My virus program was already on before outlook 07 went and it is called Nod 32. Yes I have ticked Always use this profile. I have never had a problem sending pictures from my documents before maybe I should just give you a break from my problem for awhile as it is not that urgent.. thanks so much Sheba53

Give me a break?
With our time difference we'll never get it sorted.

Something is interfering with MAPI for Outlook 2007. (Messaging Application Programming Interface)

Locate that fixmapi.exe file in this directory, and double click the file and restart the computer.
C:\Windows\System32\fixmapi.exe

You send out quite a few pictures through e-mail, how do you get the pictures on the computer? Memory stick?
Are there any devices you hook up to the computer, to synchronize mail?

You did disable e-mail scanning in NOD32, correct? (Inbound and Outbound scanning.)

Try to think back to what changed when you started receiving this error message.
Did it occur immediately after Outlook 2007 was installed? Was new software or hardware installed?

I temp turned off Virus program but nothing. Should I try to reinstall Outlook 2007? 7.27pm I must go have a feed.. catch up later. Sheba53

I am back.

Have you made any changes since we last talked?

If not, have you tried making Outlook Express the default e-mail client and seeing if attachments will go through without errors?

Red face Outlook 07
Hi sorry took so long to get back 2yr old grandson came to visit from out of town, don;t see him very often. We had lots of fun together. Well I had a go at making outlook express the default and tried to send a picture direct from my documents but still the same that MAPI problem. So have gone back to outlook 07 for my default email ( I like that one the best) guess I will just have to send anything straight from outlook 07.. No big problem I guess. Once again thank you so much for all the time you have given me.. Real cold here at night down to 5* and slowly up to 20* in the day, we are not used to this weather..Sheba53

No problem with the delay.
They are so cute at that age, then poof! They want the car keys.

I'll throw a few ideas out there when I think of them.
Have you tried reinstalling Outlook 2007 over itself?
