Question Outlook 2003 can't send emails
I was having same problem this morning.
Most of my simple text messages would get sent.

I have Windows XP & Outlook 2003

I have moved your post to its own thread.

Are you receiving any error messages?
If so, can you post the error messages here, please?

Do you have e-mail scanning enabled in your anti-virus?
If so, disable e-mail scanning and attempt to send a Test message addressed to yourself.

Let us know what you find.
