I encounter the error message " outlook 2007 failed to start correctly last time. Starting outlook in safe mode will help you correct or isolate the startup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some functionality maybe disabled in the mode. Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?" when she try to open her microsoft outlook."



This has happen many times even after I try the detect and repair and also reinstall of her outlook and creating new profile. Anyone have any permanenet solution to this?
