Well I click on tools and e-mail accounts. I choose to add a new one. I checked online and found the incoming and oncoming mail servers, entered in all that information and my login info and when I go to test my e-mail settings, everything connects it just says the test e-mail failed and it says verify login info and I do and everything is correct.
The only thing I can figure is a different port number or I need to actually call Verizon to have them verify me.
I ran into the same problem with earthlink last night but it turned out my profile was corrupt so we made a new one and it worked fine. But I'm still using the new profile for the verizon account. Or do each e-mail accounts have to have seperate profiles?
