Solved: Outlook 2007 Send calendar update
I remember with Outlook 2003, whenever I would have a meeting scheduled and need to add someone to the meeting, I could click "Send Update" and Outlook would ask if I wanted to send to "All" attendees, or just those that are added or deleted.

I don't have this feature (that I know of) in Outlook 2007. It just automatically sends to "All". Does this feature exist? Where can I change the settings for it?

Thanks in advance!

I think I solved this one myself... Outlook 2007 has a "feature" that tries to determine if your intent is to send the updates to "all" or to only added/deleted attendees....

It depends on the change that you made to the meeting invite itself. If all you do is add or remove people from the meeting, it will ask what you want to do. If you change the time/date, or add notes to the meeting invite, it automatically sends the update to "all".
