Solved: Outlook 2003 export contacts
I search for this answer so I apologize if this is a repost. I never had an issue exporting contacts to a Windows csv file before but now when I click on file/import export and click export to a file, then on comma separated values (Windows) or any option for that matter,
Then go to select file to import from the box is completely blank white and next is grayed out. I went to data file management and I have three profiles plus one called and archive file. Anyone who can help I would appreciate it very much. I also just ran detect and repair.

Hi hungryfish

If you start Outlook 2003 with one of the other Profiles do you get the same behavior when trying to Export the Contacts?
If not, I would stop using the original Profile and start using one of the other Profiles.

Open the Personal Folders (.pst file) the original Profile was using, into the new Profile.
In Outlook 2003:
File > Open > Outlook Data File
Browse to the location of the .pst file and select/highlight the .pst file.

The Personal Folder (.pst file) should then appear in Outlook.

Let us know what happens.

Thanks for your answer
That sounded a little complicated to me. Fortunately I ran detect and repair and it solved the problem.
