Cannot receive emails in outlook 2003, but can send
PLEASE HELP!!! I have recently installed quickbook 2008 and designated MS Outlook 2003 to send emails. Now I can send emails through Outlook but cannot receive. Tried ticking the send/receive button but nothing happen. Cannot go to "define send/receive group" for setting.

Why are you unable to go to Define Send/Receive group?
What happens when you try?

Please post the exact error message you receive when trying to Receive messages.
