Outlook 2003 crashes every time i hit Notes
And i get the error

"Outlook encountered an error and needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience . . "

And there is a checkbox, its checked by default, it says "Restart Microsoft Outlook"

I already tried a new Outlook profile, I did a reinstallation. I mounted the users mailbox on my computer and clicked on Notes and it worked. So, i've isolated it to his computer only. Any ideas?
