Are you Searching using All files and folders?
Do you have
Search Hidden files and folders and
Subfolders checked for the Search?

And selecting the C:\ drive?

There is some reason the Search is not picking it up.
Did you try: *.pst ?

Try creating another Personal Folders (.pst file) and see if Search will find it.

If not, try turning off Show Hidden files and folders
Apply, OK
Then enable it, and try the Search again to see if that makes a difference.

Why did you rename the Workgroup? If you are on a stand alone computer, how is it that you are in a new environment?

I was going to setup a common share when this was done; it's just that I did not export any data when this was completed. The other suggestion did not workout.

Sorry, I don't know what else to suggest, except a recent System Restore point or recovery software.

Also Exporting is not necessary, just make a copy of the .pst file and .nk2 file if desired.
