Zack you're a f---ing genius! Yes it does start at the second row, and I'm forced to spread them over two columns for some stupid reason my boss has, and sorry if that complicated things, but it worked! It really did! Oh man Zack, you have no idea how much pain this relieves. I was (literally) pulling my hair out at work over this.

And as amazed as I am by your skill, I'm at the same time somewhat frustrated that I lack such skills. I can only imagine the power you have to efficiently complete your work.

My knowledge is negligible compared to yours, so I have no idea how to repay you for this favor. For what it's worth, I'll pay it forward by helping any person I can (on Yahoo Answers and elsewhere). I've been doing that from time to time, but I have a new zeal now. Thank you. And thanks to every single person who replied to this thread. You guys are the best!!!

Wow, well thank you very much!!! You want to repay me? Yes, pay it forward. I was in your shoes about 5 years ago, didn't know anything. I learned everything I know because of trying to help people. When I didn't know what something was, I tried something new, did internet searches. All self-taught. Took me about a year. Just gotta keep on it. Helping solve others problems can push you.

Really, really glad it works for you.
