Windows XP I have used Dragon Speaking for years until upgraded to Dragon Natural Speaking 10 , i could not open Dragon tech said i need SSE 2 what is SSE 2

You need a certain grade of CPU details here.

If you have a processor prior to Pentium 4 or AMD Athlone 64 you won't be able to run DNS 10.
